Christmas commissions are now open.

I have a limited number of spaces available for Christmas orders, with commissions allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Whether it's a portrait of a family home, a favourite pub, a wedding venue or another meaningful place, a hand-painted building portrait makes a truly personal gift.

50% deposit is paid when you place your order, with the remaining 50% due once you have approved the pencil sketch.

Tell me about your commission

Send me a message through my contact form to discuss your project and receive a quote. Secure your place with a 50% deposit & send some clear, front-facing photos of the building. Multiple angles are helpful but optional.

Pencil draft

I'll create an initial pencil sketch for you to review. Small adjustments can be made at this stage. The link to pay the remaining 50% of the commission fee will be sent to you.

Final artwork

Once the draft is approved by you and the remaining 50% is paid, I'll complete the final illustration by adding the ink and/or watercolour.

Delivery

Your artwork is packaged securely and sent via tracked delivery.

I take time and care over my commissions and so commission slots are extremely limited - I have only 6 slots available this year and they will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. I will start to work on them as they are booked in order of who booked first. Please let me know if you have any questions.

The final price may vary slightly for particularly large or complex buildings, and I’ll always confirm this with you before I begin.

Each commission is individually created by hand, so the time required varies depending on the size and level of detail.

For Christmas 2026 orders, I will confirm your expected completion and delivery date before your commission is booked.

If you need your artwork by a specific date, please mention this when enquiring.

Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non‑refundable once work has begun.
