Pricing & Complexity Guide

Every building is unique. I use a tiered pricing system to ensure that simpler homes stay affordable, while highly intricate buildings receive the extra hours of detail they require.

1. Choose Your Starting Price

These prices cover Standard residential properties, businesses and wedding venues.

Wedding venues

Most wedding venue commissions are painted at A4 size.

2. Understand Your "Tier"

When you submit your photo, I will assess which tier the building falls into to provide your final quote.

🎨 How the Process Works

1. Request Your Quote

Click here to select your preferred listing and fill out the commission form. You will need to upload a clear photo of the building. This allows me to assess the detail and provide an accurate price.

2. Personal Quote

I will review your request and send you a personal quote and current timeline within 24 hours. Once the quote is accepted and payment is made, your slot is secured.

3. The Pencil Sketch

Within one week, I will email you a pencil sketch for approval. This is your chance to request small adjustments before I commit to the final ink and paint.

4. Creation & Delivery

Once the sketch is approved, I begin the final artwork. Most portraits are completed within 2–3 weeks. Your artwork is then beautifully wrapped and shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 (Free within the UK).

Important Information

• Paper Quality: Created on 300gsm archival-quality paper with professional-grade lightfast paints and inks. Fineliner illustrations are created on heavy white cartridge paper using waterproof archival fineliner pens.
• Framing: To ensure safe transit, all artworks are shipped unframed. I recommend a frame with a mount for the best display.
• International Orders: Shipping is available most places worldwide. Costs are incorporated for US/ROI/International customers and will be confirmed in your quote.
• Rights: I retain the rights to the artwork, including the right to produce prints. If you require commercial licensing, please contact me directly.
