A custom illustration is a meaningful way to celebrate a home, wedding venue or special place. Each piece is drawn by hand using fine liner and/or watercolour on high‑quality archival paper.

Book your commission

Secure your place with a 50% deposit & send some clear, front-facing photos of the building. Multiple angles are helpful but optional.

Pencil draft

I'll create an initial pencil sketch for you to review. Small adjustments can be made at this stage.

Final artwork

Once the draft is approved by you and the remaining 50% is paid, I'll complete the final illustration by adding the ink and/or watercolour.

As a guide, A5 illustrations take me around 20 hours, A4 takes me around 30 hours, A3 takes me at least 50 hours and A0/A1 is upwards of 100 hours.

Very detailed or complex buildings may incur a small additional fee. I’ll always confirm this before starting your pencil draft.

  • close‑ups of details you want included

Timeline

Most commissions take 2–6 weeks depending on size and detail.
If you need your piece for a specific date, please let me know before booking.

Refunds & Cancellations

Deposits are non‑refundable once work has begun.
If you need to cancel before the pencil draft stage, please contact me as soon as possible.
