Shipping policy

I aim to complete and post commissions by a maximum of three weeks from date of purchase (will probably be quicker than that, depending on how quickly clients approve the pencil sketch). This is also dependent on size/complexity of the building.

UK Customers: Commissions and original artwork sent free of charge via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Cards are sent 1st class Royal Mail free of charge. 

International customers: Original artwork and commissions sent on a tracked international service (please see rates on checkout) - I have tried to keep this as low cost as possible. 

Tarriff/customs info

Customers in the USA: From what Royal Mail says, watercolour paintings aren’t currently subject to tariffs when sent to the USA. Please just keep in mind that this could change, and if any fees are added on delivery by US Customs, they would be the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland/Europe/Canada/Australia/New Zealand: please note you as the buyer are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees upon delivery.
