Customers in the USA: From what Royal Mail says, watercolour paintings aren’t currently subject to tariffs when sent to the USA. Please just keep in mind that this could change, and if any fees are added on delivery by US Customs, they would be the buyer’s responsibility.

Customers in the Republic of Ireland: please note you as the buyer are responsible for any applicable taxes or customs fees upon delivery.

Size: A4, A3, or A5

Medium: Professional-grade watercolours on Arches cold-pressed paper; Fineliner Illustrations are on heavy white cartridge paper.

Framing: Unframed

Prices listed are guide prices only; your quote may be higher depending on complexity. Custom quotes can be provided for multiple illustrations, multiple buildings in one illustration or larger sizes than those listed. 

HOW TO ORDER 

Ordering your bespoke painting is simple! Click 'request a quote' and you will be directed to a form where you can let me know your requirements and upload some pictures of the building. If you can include an address as well, I can utilise Google Maps to capture all the details accurately. I will come back to you within 24 hours with a custom quote (I will try to stay as close as possible to the guide price).

I aim to produce paintings within three weeks, depending on the complexity of the painting and the time of year (e.g.  Christmas is my busiest time). Please let me know at the time of ordering of any deadlines (e.g. birthday coming up) and I will try to help. 

 Once purchased, I will get to work on your painting and email you a photo of the pencil draft sketch within a week of purchase to check you are happy with it before I progress to the ink and watercolour stage. Once agreed, the design cannot be changed. Illustrations take me arond two to three weeks to complete, depending on the complexity/size of the building. 

Your original illustration is securely packaged to prevent damage during shipping, and I dispatch paintings via a tracked service (included in the price).

Due to the bespoke nature of these paintings, returns cannot be accepted. Please also note that the paintings come unframed.
