The Process

Once booked:

• A rough sketch is emailed for approval before painting begins
• Minor adjustments can be made at sketch stage
• Once watercolour and ink are applied, further changes are not possible

This ensures accuracy and keeps your artwork true to your vision.

Turnaround Time

Most commissions are completed within approximately 3 weeks from booking.

If you have a specific deadline (such as a birthday or house move), please mention this in your quote request and I will advise on availability.

Your artwork is created using professional-grade materials, including high-quality archival watercolour paper and artist-quality paints to ensure longevity and colour permanence.

Shipping

All original artworks are carefully packaged to protect them in transit and sent via tracked delivery.

Shipping is free within the UK; shipping fees have been incorporated into the price for international customers (please see separate listing for international commissions).

As each piece is custom made, returns are not accepted.
