Hand-drawn and hand-painted bespoke watercolour illustration of a business of your choice, no use of computers/AI here! I take pride in the hand-crafted nature of my art. This is the original painting, not a print. Truly one of a kind artwork.

All paintings are A4 or A5 on Arches watercolour cold-pressed paper using professional-grade watercolour paint. Paintings are unframed and can be landscape or portrait, depending on the dimensions of the building. Please let me know if you are particularly keen on an orientation, otherwise I will pick the best orientation that I feel fits the building :).

I aim to produce paintings within two weeks, depending on the complexity of the painting. Please let me know at the time of ordering of any deadlines (e.g. birthday coming up) and I will try to help. Makes a perfect birthday, thank you, new business gift for a business owner or Christmas gift, or simply a gift just because! Also makes a great memento for yourself to celebrate your own business. Perhaps you had your first date at a particular pub and are looking for a unique anniversary or birthday gift for your partner. Adds a fabulous and unique touch of decoration to your home.

HOW TO ORDER

Once purchased, message me via the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page with with as many high-quality, clear images as you can of the building. A bonus is an address so I can check Google Maps as it sometimes helps get the details right! I will then get to work on your painting and email you a photo of the pencil draft sketch within a week of purchase to check you are happy with it before I progress to the ink and watercolour stage. Once agreed, the design cannot be changed.

Once completed, your painting will be packaged securely in a cardboard-backed envelope, sent with Royal Mail tracked 24 free of charge. Due to the bespoke nature of these paintings, returns cannot be accepted. Please also note that the paintings come unframed.
